Care and maintenance
Periodic maintenance is necessary to ensure long-term durability and customer satisfaction. All products should be closely inspected on a regular basis. Clean and tighten screws and bolts, if required. If any items show any sign of structural failure please contact us immediately.Chrome frames
Clean chrome with a quality chrome cleaner to maintain bright finish. Avoid abrasive cleaning products as these may scratch the chrome.Epoxy powder frames (EPPC)
Clean using a damp cloth with a mild solution of soap and water.Wood seating
Wood is a natural product and owes its inherent beauty to the variations in colour, texture and grain. Because of this we cannot guarantee the exact matching of any of the wood items. We are also unable to guarantee matching of colours between batches, as wood ages naturally through time and exposure to sunlight.We recommend that you inspect your product on a regular basis to ensure that the joints have not become loose. Clean the wood with a water-soluble mild soap solution (suitable for use on wood) to remove any build-up of grease and grime and ensure that you remove any excess water immediately. As with all wood products seek to avoid exposure to extreme temperatures, particularly heat, moisture and direct sunlight.
