Payment terms

60% is due on ordering, with the balance of 40% payable as cleared funds before delivery.

We accept most cards including Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and Delta. We also accept cheques - simply send us your order in writing with a cheque made payable to 'COD Electrical'. In most cases we can offer a discount when ordering three or more items.

All prices are inclusive of VAT at the current rate.

Delivery

All items are made to order and will take approximately 6-8 weeks from point of order. We will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery date and time. All products are packaged carefully and delivered by our courier company. We offer free delivery within a 50-mile radius of our showroom. Please contact us to discuss delivery options if you are outside the free delivery area.

Returning faulty goods

If you find your goods are damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will arrange for the prompt collection of the goods for either repair or replacement, depending on the extent of the damage. Please keep all of the original packaging and repackage carefully. All returns must be arranged in advance: we are unable to refund for unauthorised returns. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Returning non-faulty goods

All goods are made to your exact specification, and as such are bespoke. We therefore regret we can only accept the return of the goods if they are faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

5 year warranty

Any material or manufacturing defects in our products are covered by a 5 year warranty from the date of delivery. Any defects in materials specified by the customer (which are not manufactured by us) are subject to the original manufacturers warranty conditions. Any freight damage or damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse or neglect, and normal wear and tear, is not covered by this warranty.

Guide prices

Please note that the prices quoted on the website are shown as a guide price only, and in most cases are based on a leather and bright chrome finish. Your seating will be made to order, and therefore is priced according to your specification. We will provide the price for your bespoke item before completing your order. In most cases we can offer a discount when ordering three or more items. All prices are inclusive of VAT at the current rate.

Envy Seating is committed to protecting your privacy. We will treat any private information you give us in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. We will only collect personal information to:
  • Process your order
  • Enable us to provide you with the best possible service.
We will never:
  • Send SPAM to personal email addresses
  • E-mail you in the future (unless you have given us your consent)
  • Collect sensitive information about you without your consent
  • Pass ANY customer information to third parties.
